Check-in details

We strongly recommend arriving one hour prior to boarding to allow time for traffic, parking, and checking in. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure. Please check-in at the gate above the dock which is directly across the street from the Shoreline Village Parking lot entrance.

What to bring

We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and cash (for snacks and for tipping the crew). During spring and fall months, you may want to bring jackets as our sunset cruises tend to be cooler in temperature.

Extras

• Trip Protection offers the opportunity to cancel or reschedule your reservation for any reason, up to 1 hour prior to cruise departure.

Disclaimers

If there is just a light rain, we are still able to run, subject to the captain’s discretion. If there is thunder or lightning, we will not run. If the captain makes the decision to cancel the cruise due to weather before the boat leaves the dock, we will notify all guests with reservations. Weather cancellations are made on a cruise by cruise basis, and may be determined close to cruise time, even up to the time of departure. However, we will make every effort to make a determination at least an hour before cruising. In the rare situation that we must cancel the event prior to departure, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability), receive a gift card, or receive a full refund. “Full refund” will include Trip Protection if it was purchased.

In the event of inclement weather after departing, a full refund will not be available after the boat departs the dock. Only rainchecks or standby tickets will be given. Standby tickets never expire. Standby tickets for canceled cruises will be automatically applied to your account and you can check in at either kiosk with your name or number and the date of your original cruise to redeem them.

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy
Activity may be canceled due to below minimum passenger count, or at captain's discretion due to weather conditions including heavy rain, high winds, or lightning. As safety is our top priority, weather cancellations are made on a cruise by cruise basis up to time of departure. In the rare situation the seller must cancel the event prior to departure, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability), receive a gift card, or receive a full refund (including trip protection).

If an activity is cut short early due to severe weather, rainchecks will be given to all guests. Full refunds are not available after the cruise leaves the dock, but rainchecks do not expire.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy
All sales are final, unless trip protection is purchased up front. No refunds, reissue to gift cards, or rescheduling will be permitted without trip protection.

Trip Protection Policy
Trip Protection must be added at the time of purchase. Trip Protection allows for rescheduling (subject to availability) or refund of tickets up to 120 minutes prior to departure time, for any reason. Tickets purchased within 120 minutes of cruise departure will be a final sale, and non-refundable. Refunds will reimburse for the full amount of each ticket, less the Trip Protection fees.

Trip Protection is voided and no refunds will be issued if (1) guest(s) arrive and check into the cruise, (2) guest(s) do not cancel at least 120 minutes prior to the departure time, or (3) guest(s) no show without notification.

Prohibited Items
Glass containers, coolers, and outside alcohol are not permitted.
No pets allowed except trained service animals required because of a disability.
