We accept both cash and credit cards on board.

Cancellation Policy
Events may be cancelled due to weather and deposits may be used on another date or time as available.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Prohibited Items
Glass containers, coolers, and outside alcohol are not permitted.
No pets allowed except trained service animals required because of a disability.

TERMS OF SERVICE


Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian. All persons using this service for any purpose onboard the pirate ship Devil's Gauntlet understand and accept as a condition of service that all tall ships have inherent dangers, they are not suitable for handicapped individuals and present the possibility of injury or death from falling overboard or other possible potential mishaps  that could theoretically occur onboard due to an accident or other reasons beyond the control of the ship's crew   and therefore anyone who boards the Devil's Gauntlet hereby    releases, indemnifies, holds harmless and shall defend the owners and managers and employees of the Devil's Gauntlet pirate ship,  and its management company and   Pirates for Parties and North Beach Group including its owners and managers and the city of Long  Beach California and the Port of Long Beach and its directors and managers and employees against any loss, claim, tort, lawsuit, civil suit or court action including but not limited to  paying any attorney fees, court costs and any associated fees incurred by the parties named herein associated with the  Devil's Gauntlet pirate ship .
